  1. DEFINITIONS In these Conditions:
    (a) "Buyer" means the person, firm or company by or on behalf of whom an order for goods is placed;
    (b) "Goods" means the articles or things described on the Seller's order and any goods supplied in substitution for or in replacement or in addition to such goods; and
    (c) "Seller" means Solo International Limited.
  2. GENERAL
    (a) The Seller's quotations are not binding on the Seller and a contract will only come into being upon acceptance in writing by the Seller of an order from the Buyer and the following Conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated in any such contract.
    (b) Unless otherwise specifically agreed or varied in writing by a director of the Seller, these Conditions which supercede any earlier conditions appearing on the Seller's quotations or elsewhere shall override any terms or conditions stipulated, incorporated or referred to by the Buyer whether in the order, any confirmation order or any negotiations.
  3. SPECIFICATIONS
    All specifications, drawings and illustrations accompanying the Seller's catalogues, price lists, advertisements or quotations are stated in good faith as being approximately correct and they shall not form part of any contract for the sale of Goods unless expressly stated by the Seller in writing.  Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing any such specifications drawings and illustrations are subject to alteration or variation by the Seller without notice.
  4. WARRANTY
    The Seller will (entirely at its option) replace, or take back and refund the purchase price of, or a fair proportion thereof, any Goods ascertained and agreed by the Seller to be defective provided the Buyer shall have given written notice to the Seller of such defects within seven days of receipt of the Goods.
  5. EXCLUSION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    Save to the extent that such exclusion is or shall be rendered void or ineffective by any statute for the time being in force the warranty contained in Condition 4 hereof is given in lieu of any other conditions or warranties whether statutory or otherwise expressed or implied, and no such conditions or warranties are made by the Seller relating to the life or wear of the Goods or their suitability for any particular purpose or under any particular conditions notwithstanding that such purpose or conditions may be known or made known to the Seller.  The Seller does not make nor is any servant or agent of the Seller authorised to make a representation relating to the Goods or their suitability for such purpose or conditions.
  6. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
    (a)    Except as provided in Condition 4 hereof the Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer in respect of any loss or damage or liability whatsoever suffered or incurred by the Buyer in any circumstances howsoever caused and whether as a consequence of or arising out of or caused directly or indirectly by any breach by the Seller of this contract or any term or terms thereof as a consequence of or arising out of or caused by the negligence of the Seller its servants or agents or otherwise howsoever save as to the extent that the exclusion of liability provided for in this Condition is or shall be rendered void or ineffective by any statute for the time being in force.
    (b)    In any event the Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the Seller damages for breach of any contract for the sale of goods exceeding the purchase price of the goods to which such contract relates.
  7. DISPUTES
    The Buyer will:
    (a) Examine the Goods carefully within 24 hours of taking delivery;
    (b) Notify the Seller and any carrier in writing within 3 days of taking delivery of any damage to the Goods revealed by such examination and not caused since delivery.

1. This privacy policy relates only to information that we obtain from you. If you visit a website operated by a third party through a link included on this website, your information might be used differently by the operator of the linked website. 

2. The information you provide to us when using this website will be collected for the purpose of processing requests for brochures. This data will only be used by PWS Distributors Limited. 

3. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address and e-mail address. 

4. Any information that we collect about you is stored electronically on our database. It may also be printed and stored in our filing system. Personal details collected for the purpose of processing requests for brochures are only retained for one week. After this, all personal information is deleted. 

5. We will keep your personal information confidential except to the extent that we are compelled to disclose it by law (for example where fraud or other crime is involved) or to comply with an instruction of a regulatory body of competent jurisdiction. 

6. To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 we adhere to strict technical and organisational security procedures. The personal information that we hold will be held securely to ensure no unauthorised disclosure or access takes place. 7. We do not plan to have ongoing communication with the customer. The only communication will be via the site i.e. requesting a brochure that is covered by the privacy statement as is and opportunity to agree or disagree. This will come on the screen before the brochure request form. Should you wish to obtain a copy of the personal data that we hold on you, please write to us at the address given in paragraph 2. We will notify you of any sum you must pay in order to get your data. 

8. If you believe that the information we hold about you is inaccurate or if you wish us to cease processing your data for any particular purpose or purposes, write to us at the address found in paragraph 1.1. 

If you have a complaint regarding any breach of this privacy policy, contact us at the address shown in paragraph 2. When we receive the complaint, we will review it and ensure that we are in compliance with our privacy policy and all applicable laws. We will contact you within [40] days of receiving your complaint to inform you of the results of your complaint. 

10 Should there be any need to modify our privacy policy, timely notification of changes will be given on this website.
